SHORTZ 2020 - Call For Submissions

The theme of the 10th Shortz festival is "Unknown X"

 

Talented video artists and filmmakers from around the world are invited to submit with our Online Submission form until December 7th every year. If you apply your work after the scheduled date, it will be selected for the next year's festival

HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR VIDEO/FILM

 

Submit your film/video through our online submission form. You will be required to provide  Vimeo ( or other hosting sites) link. for your video (if it is set to private, please provide the password to allow our panel access).

The download link of your full work.  

Note: All submitted videos are for Shortz festival panel review purposes in Novi Sad or elsewhere in Serbia and sometimes for our 'Tamahi' international film events as well. We do not share your work outside Shortz and Tamahi events..

Requirements

• Length: Films/videos may be no longer than 30 minutes. We do not accept feature-length films.

• Genres: We accept all genres including Narrative, Documentary, Animation, Stop Motion, Remix and more

• Themes: every year we offer different themes

• Titled on english or Serbian if it is not spoken language

• Minimum one frame from your submitted video/short film.

NOTIFICATION OF ACCEPTANCE
Artists/Filmmakers will be notified of acceptance via email.

 

FESTIVAL DATES
The 10th Video Art & Experimental Film Festival will be held in January 17th to 19h in Novi Sad / Serbia 2020.
